Finely chopped onions fry well until glossy,
add haldi,mirchi,salt,garam masala
plus coconut,and tamarind fry well
Add caraway seeds 1 tsp
For 8_10 brinjals
Fry well till aroma spreads
Grind to smloth paste
Fill into slit brinjals and fry in oil
Decorate with dhania
